If you have to use the pharmacy and you don't speak Italian, you're out of business. Three pharmacists and no one speaks English? I got medicine though and lots of sly smiles.

Good morning, as the owner of the S.Maria Pharmacy I feel obliged to clarify some things. One person accused me of increasing prices by 50% or even 100%....but starting from what price? Does the person know my purchase prices to claim this? I do not think! I prefer to consider this statement very superficial rather than defamatory... The lady in question relied on my employee for advice, which among other things was very appropriate and professional, since courses and webinars are regularly followed in this pharmacy updating precisely to improve our knowledge and therefore proximity to customer problems. Is it possible to charge for advice at the pharmacy? Here colleagues would have to answer and the answer would be unanimous: "ehhhh! We would be millionaires!". The lady also first talked about 25 euros more and then compared the prices to those of Amazon.....in a ruthless competition on all fronts I don't deny that there may be some difference in the discounts offered, obviously not considering Amazon ,against which there is no history. We practice a 10% discount as a basis, but on many products the discount is greater, where possible. And again, we have a collection system that does not allow us to withdraw money beyond the fact that it has not been given no damaged or expired or against will products....Finally, our work is linear and honest to a fault, as can be demonstrated by all the checks that I constantly receive and in which there is nothing irregular...unfortunately the practice of getting good advice and, instead of appreciating and trying to be followed, preferring below cost and nothing else is very fashionable!

Well-stocked pharmacy but they charge prices increased by 50% and in some cases even by 100%. I bought some supplements and, net of the 10% discount they applied to me, I spent around €25 more than other pharmacies. Shortly after the purchase I asked for the items to be returned for a refund, I was denied, according to the owner, in that cost there is also the "professionalism" of her employee providing information. It would have allowed me a shopping voucher equal to the amount paid but I rejected the proposal because the prices applied to the products are completely out of logic. Apparently helpful staff but during the conversation with the owner they commented with jokes and laughter, as if to show contempt and make me look ridiculous in front of my "legitimate" request because I felt robbed! Luckily there are many other pharmacies in the area, dare I say, honest and with qualified staff. I will certainly never set foot in the Santa Maria Pharmacy again.

Pharmacy well stocked with all personal care items. Wide choice and availability of staff to find any products not present in the shop. I don't feel like assigning 5 stars just because the girls who work are not as helpful towards customers as the owner.

Terrible pharmacy, for the staff. They don't reimburse you because they always forget to sign the drugs even though you present a receipt with the code of the product purchased, and they don't even give you a voucher that you can spend in their own pharmacy. According to the staff, these are orders from the owner, Dr. Carone, with whom I hope to have the pleasure of speaking and understanding whether she is on the side of the patients or the money. Since these are his orders. They profess to be professionals when they often speak and explain themselves in dialect. I don't really recommend anyone to go there because their availability is limited to their salary. Other pharmacies with no history trust their patients and reimburse you, perhaps precisely because they know their customers well, while they don't even look at you when you enter. Regardless, they are suspicious and won't change anything for you. Terrible, terrible and not professional at all.
