I called for some medicines that I've been taking for some time now (years) and they answer yes, I'm leaving from home since I'm not really close by (that's why it's called) I queue at the pharmacy for 20 minutes to go to the counter and collect my medicines I was told the order was wrong 🤔....but sorry, you couldn't say it on the phone???
