Farmacia Carta Pietrina

I have some doubts about the pharmacy sign, for all the times I have gone they have never had the requested medicine or they say it needs to be ordered or it is out of stock which is very strange because in other pharmacies they don't say this at all, in fact they remain perplexed by this statement ! But this morning I went there for an emergency after calling the doctor and not being in the office since on Saturday I needed an ointment because my husband was stung by a wasp on his eye and I call the sales assistant that way because I have some doubts whether a pharmacist! I politely asked to purchase the product and I was told that I had to have the prescription and I explained that today it was not possible to have it and if it was necessary I would bring it on Monday morning. The girl said that she could not give it to me, I replied that there was no problem, I would go to Tempio despite the emergency, I went to the pharmacy in Tempio and simply asked the pharmacy what I needed, it told me if the doctor told me there is no need to no prescription and not even to bring it on Monday! all without any problem! I ask myself and say who is behind the counter of the so-called Aggius pharmacy and competent or is he just there to pass the time! I only say one thing and it's a real shame I saw elderly people going back several times to collect medicines that were not present and even forgot to deliver them to the customer due to their forgetfulness and distraction while reading the prescriptions! they should provide a service not an inconvenience!
