Excellent farmacy for Italian standards. Modern, and tecnological at the same time. The sales points are always manned with at least 4 persons at any given time. The only drawback as with many Sicilian points of commercial interests is the lack of adequate parking space. If this place had it's own parking I would have given it a 5 star.

Probably the best pharmacy n Syracuse if not Sicily. Modern ways of dispensing medications. Several of the pharmacists speak English . Of note, the pharmacists took time to explain the medications prescribed and how to use them. They seem to have a very large inventory and a full second floor storage facility

I have been a customer of the pharmacy for some time and I am happy with the efficient service even when the drugs or products are not immediately available. For some time now I have appreciated Paola's precious willingness to welcome, who always manages to streamline waiting times, making them pleasant, between a smile and a greeting. Very happy with the galenic preparations and the cosmetics department always full of products and news. In any city I find myself traveling I always hope to find a pharmacy to compare it to the Caruso Pharmacy in my city but to date with poor results.

Excellent cup service thanks to the professionalism of Paola who found a quick solution for the electrocardiogram done on the same day at the pharmacy itself without paying anything as it is exempt.
