I order diapers on November 21st, my mistake, the street number is not entered. As a result, no delivery is made. So far everything is normal. A pharmacy employee assures me that the ticket with the number has been issued and that the delivery will take place shortly. Ok, I wait but nothing. I check the tracking but nothing. I call the Italian post office and they tell me that there is no ticket and that the product will be returned to the sender. Okay, in the meantime the days pass and still nothing. Today, December 19th, I discover that the package was returned to the sender on the 11th at 12.51pm! I call the pharmacy and they tell me that the "doctor" has been notified. But the "doctor" has not yet made the refund. Andreotti maintained that it is a sin to think badly, but most of the time you get it right. All for 31.88 euros. Congratulations for your professionalism and courtesy. If the "doctor" wants traceability and claims otherwise, I am available to provide further clarifications.

I placed an online order which unfortunately arrived damaged due to transport. After the report, the staff was very helpful and friendly, returning the order quickly. I will definitely buy again from their online store for the convenience and reliability demonstrated!

Order and payment made on 07/17. They close for holidays, they reopen, they don't respond to emails or whatsapp, I call and they say that they have reopened, but those who follow online sales are still on holidays. Terrible service!
