Beautiful, well equipped and welcoming. Too bad I can't say the same about most of the people who work there. Two of them are really very courteous, the owners are kind, but the other people aren't at all, not even a smile and that's fine, maybe it's not (ever) the day, but they really make you feel like a nuisance, they pose and respond in an annoyed way and rude from the start. This unfortunately does not happen occasionally or even during overcrowded times. Quite unpleasant and a real shame. I hope that in what has been written I can only see opportunities for improvement.
