Historic pharmacy in the center of Livorno, you are always greeted with a smile and you feel listened to if you ask a question. And then there aren't many pharmacies that boast a fencing Olympian as the owner 😅
I purchased an ffp2 mask at a cost of 1 Euro, I thought the prices were capped but the person at the counter reassured me that since it was ffp2 that was the cost. Oh well!!! Paid with 20 received change of 19 without receipt. In reassuring me he must have forgotten...
Trained, friendly and very helpful staff. There is a sufficient number of staff behind the counter to ensure that queues are quickly cleared away.
Appalled by the rudeness of the staff especially the doctor meh 😰😰😰😰
They are nice and professional, both the owner Carlo Montano, his daughters and Delia with Letizia offer GREAT professional expertise and advice.
