Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had wanted to get some information from them about covid tests in English. After they picked up I just politely asked if I can get help in English and they hung up on me without saying anything else.

I came across this pharmacy almost by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. I'm mainly referring to the brunette girl who served me, but I have no reason to think that the other colleagues are any less. Basically, I went yesterday to get some medication for elbow pain. However, since one of these medicines was not available, I was advised of an alternative to collect the next day, as well as a discount voucher to apologize for the temporary unavailability. So today I went back to collect the medicine and the doctor not only remembered me immediately, but also inquired about my health conditions. Believe me, it was a simple gesture but friendly enough to make me feel at home. I don't know how many would have done it. I'm quite used to being treated with disdain when I go to very busy places, where the customer is just one of many. Here, however, it was different and I feel like thanking them publicly. Now they have a new customer and I have a new trusted pharmacy, thanks again!

Very professional and very kind, the couple who run it are really very nice. The husband is also very nice. However, the daughter and the staff are also very kind, always ready to help you and accommodate you. I went there for many years, unfortunately I have now moved and am no longer close. Highly recommended.
