I had asked for "BETADINE", a disinfectant cleaner. They didn't have it. They gave me a detergent without disinfectant action, assuring me that it was the same thing. In the hospital, at the time of the disinfectant bath before the operation, they asked me who the SCAMMER was who had sold me that detergent which was only useful for washing your feet. I gave one star, i.e. rating 1, but if I could I would have given rating -10 plus complaint. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME

The worst pharmacy in Alexandria. In addition to the extreme slowness and rudeness towards customers, the "very nice" lady ALWAYS tries to cheat people. Being entitled to free medicines, my father had to fight for fifteen minutes to get what he was prescribed. And then at home he realized that some of the drugs were missing... Congratulations. Robbing people with serious disabilities is the height of degradation. I feel so sorry for all those elderly people, who are numerous in this area, who often have to go to this pharmacy closest to their home and find these people inside.

Very helpful and trained staff. The owner follows his customers with great attention and competence.
