All competent except the girl who today was making reservations at counter 3. I had to make a very important reservation at the Cup, I explain that it is urgent but I am told that reservations can be made until 7pm and the system does not take them as they are 7.18pm.. I point out that I have been in line for half an hour.. the lady at checkout 3 rudely tells me that she already has two people in line so I leave disappointed. I go to the Turati pharmacy where they make the reservation immediately and without problems! Magic!!
