I mistakenly purchased a product that I already had and when I asked for a refund of the product (which by law can be made or replaced at the pharmacist's discretion) there was a conflict of opinion between the two people behind the counter... The man wanted to grant it while the woman, with a pedantic air, said she couldn't. Well these days where 9 out of 10 pharmacies grant refunds, I don't think the young lady said this refusal saved the pharmacy's economy but it certainly would have satisfied one of her customers. historical... or rather former customer.
