I’m giving 3 stars because the attention you get depends on who you find. 1 for the old lady, that is just rude and today even accused me of trying to falsify a prescription because it was from a doctor who a Summer substitute. 5 stars for the younger pharmacists that are always kind and ready to help. One of the bad things is that often they don’t have things in stock, but they order them for the next afternoon or morning.

Extremely courteous, the doctors present are always very attentive to the needs of their customers. Whatever medicine or product I need, if not immediately available, they make sure to get it to me within a few hours. Always available for professional advice, they have been of great help to me on many occasions. I have been relying on them for years now for me and my family (there are 8 of us!). It doesn't bother me at all to come to Satriano, the quality of the service received is so excellent. Advise.

I give 5 stars because it is not possible to give more. Very friendly staff; competence and professionalism assured. Items also available within a short time. Perfect for those passing through the Tito Scalo area. Convenient parking. Highly recommended ☺️
