Service and courtesy in Poggiofranco. Prices below average. On the first floor there is a wide range of children's products with a first-rate healthcare sector.
For the second time in a row I went to the external machines, introduced €10, took a €3.50 product and they gave me neither change nor the receipt. Tomorrow I will go to the nearest police station to report the incident, considering that I have no evidence to prove everything.
This year I needed to receive my usual medications while in Canada. Without prescriptions from a local doctor, Canadian pharmacies do not dispense medications. The Catucci Pharmacy promptly sent me the requested drugs via courier, thanks to the prescriptions from my family doctor, uploaded in electronic form to the "patient's personal file". A warm thank you to Dr. Giovanna Donofrio of Catucci, who supervised the entire procedure!
Very bad. Very expensive on supplements, medical devices and all paid products. The owner is not friendly in her manners.
Unpleasant staff and not at all interested and concerned about customers and their time. We notice that these are people who work only to fulfill a schedule. They make you wait an hour in the cold and then leave for lunch without providing the requested service. Never to return again!
