Negative experience. The sales assistant or pharmacist, I can't tell, appeared in disarray and was rude, also giving wrong information to justify the lack of the product we were looking for. It was an urgent situation after a hospital discharge, no empathy and no help.
Excellent professionalism. Friendly, helpful and prepared staff.
The pharmacy has no lights, it only has LEDs that illuminate little or nothing. There is no queue ticket. We need an old clerk who doesn't know how to do his job, speaks badly and disrespects customers. Highly not recommended!!!
They have always helped me with kindness and availability. In my opinion the best pharmacy in Parma. I don't know what I would do without you ❤️
