I went to the pharmacy to get some medicines and I was served rudely and rudely by the sales assistant who treated me with disdain, belittling the seriousness of the problem of my daughter who is only 21 months old. I am not a customer of this pharmacy, but I was passing through this morning and decided to stop there. I was with my mother, the products we needed were at the entrance far from the counter, one of the pharmacists was free and stared at us from afar. After a while we went to ask for help at the counter, the pharmacist herself came out from behind the counter, pressing herself towards the wall and with her back to us. She continued to stay very far away from us, thinking more about staying away from us than helping us (we were both with Ffp2). After a while a colleague called, but we impatiently left, feeling out of place and uncomfortable. As we left we heard comments about us from the first pharmacist, who most likely believed from the first glance that we had only come in to lose time. We went to the Madonna della Neve pharmacy where they helped us kindly by giving us lots of good advice. We bought everything we needed. We certainly won't make the mistake of stopping at Cavoni again.
