Well-stocked pharmacy, if something is missing they will order it for you without problems and without giving you products other than those prescribed. The cosmetic products and supplements are of quality. Quick at the checkout and kind and, what I really appreciated, well informed on all the bureaucratic hassles (given the period in which we are where doctors and the ATS are not responding) to understand how the swabs work, quarantine times etc. the doctor who served me explained everything to me patiently. It remains my go-to pharmacy even though I have moved. Absolutely recommended.

Always available and very courteous as well as prepared

Disappointing. Yesterday morning, December 6, 2021, I called the pharmacy to book the rapid anti-covid swab in the evening. I was told that they didn't take reservations but that you had to queue when you arrived. I show up in the evening at 5.20pm, arrive and ask for the swab. They tell me that the swabs are finished (there were 6-7 people in line). I felt cheated, especially because I needed the swab to go to the Civili hospital in Brescia and visit my wife. After a series of calls, fortunately I found a place at the Roncadelle municipal pharmacy who were very kind and in an instant I had the swab done (I had to drive 15 minutes, fortunately it was almost on the way to the hospital). Really efficient! Dear Ceccon pharmacy, it's not done like this... I needed to go to hospital and I risked not going. It would have been better if you told me in the morning (when I called you) that there was no room. Luckily I found the Roncadelle municipal pharmacy!

Very bad. I went in asking for Ecoval, a drug I usually use. I was told by the owner that the drug was no longer on the market and he offered me Elocon, claiming that it was the replacement and that it contained the same active ingredient. I'm trustworthy... Bullshit, not only is the drug I asked for still on the market but the one he gave me as a replacement contains a different active ingredient. Really lack of professionalism and seriousness
