I went to this pharmacy. After 2/3 minutes a lady entered and got in line immediately after me. While waiting for my turn I sat on a chair because the pain of a tonsillar abscess and the high temperature did not allow me to remain standing. Having served the customer in front of me I expected to be called by the free doctor who instead , very incorrectly, called the lady who was following me by name. Without strength, I couldn't get up nor could I reply because I couldn't speak due to the pain. I waited my turn. Then, when I approached the doctor, I complained to her about her very incorrect behavior. She smiled and replied that the lady in question had already gone before but had forgotten the recipe. At this point I complained that I was sick but I hadn't taken advantage of this to take advantage of a right of way. This situation is found almost everywhere in Terracina where Dr. or salespeople who know customers call them, talk to us and serve them. But here we are in the pharmacy not in the fruit shop!!! We are all for the same purpose: to buy medicines and try to get well as soon as possible without bypassing those who arrived first. And I underline that the arrival numbers must be absolutely respected for this very reason. I have to say THEY DO IT BETTER AT THE SUPERMARKET!!!

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ I have gone to this pharmacy several times and the staff has always been very helpful and professional. 😷 In this period of covid you can enter a little at a time waiting your turn outside. 🅿️ Outside there is a large car park where you can always find a place. 💊 Wide availability of medicines and the possibility of ordering them to collect them after a few hours or the following day In my opinion the prices are slightly above average, this is the only reason that makes me lean towards the 4 stars.

I took the swab 4 times at their place and I always tested positive. They also made me buy a nasal wash for €12. The fourth time I went I didn't trust the positive result and I took the swab after 10 minutes in a another pharmacy where I tested negative. My advice is not to go to this pharmacy to take a swab, they make you waste a lot of money. They're done with me!

I went to this pharmacy to purchase saliva swabs. Stupidly I didn't think to ask the price, considering the fact that in other pharmacies they can be found for 6 euros! Real thieves 11.50 euros for a swab!

Excellent people, highly trained doctors. In a few words you can describe this pharmacy, where you always find everything, even homeopathic and veterinary medicines. Products for those with food intolerances or allergies, cosmetics and above all a lot of friendliness and serenity that when you're not well, finding a person behind the counter with a smile helps
