Farmacia Centrale

I was really very disappointed with the service of this pharmacy. I went in to buy a simple lip cream and the owner repeatedly insisted on making me buy a syrup which I hadn't asked for and refused three times. In the end, feeling obligated and embarrassed among other people, I took it. This pharmacy only thinks about doing business, I strongly advise against it!! RESPONSE FOR THE MERCHANT 04/14/2022: I continue to maintain my opinion; It's one thing to recommend or suggest a product, but quite another, as you did, to insist repeatedly just to want to sell an item. What's even more annoying is not being available to change the product after I returned a few moments later politely asking her to replace it with something else. Very bad experience. Never again in this pharmacy!

Very rude. They have very few products, and if you look for one that they don't stock they explain that what you are asking for is not for the problem you are having. Even if it is written on the drug leaflet! They are incredibly arrogant. I've been twice, but never again!

Easy to find pharmacy in the center of Cologna Veneta. Convenient parking at the front and back entrance, parking spaces for disabled people and pregnant women... As long as intelligent people leave them free. Until a couple of years ago I always went to this pharmacy because I had a great time and now I almost never go there. Nothing to say about the work staff, they are always helpful and kind. But I felt bad because of the recommended products... Or rather, those home products... they really don't do anything, some medicines are like taking water. ..brand medicines cost more but at least they cure!

Fantastic, there are few pharmacies like this, courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness enrich the professionalism of the staff. And then there is also the app and home delivery.
