6/7/23 After a short wait I ask for a life-saving drug (bentelan) and am asked for the prescription. I point out the Needed to block reaction from insect bite and instead of doing so I am asked which insect and various amenities. In order not to waste time I go to someone else and solve it. Does the low cost of the product have an impact?

Attentive, knowledgeable and helpful staff! They know how to listen to the customer's requests and advise you in the best possible way... they are very human! Personally, I prefer to travel a few more kilometers, with the certainty of finding a friendly environment, professionalism, lots of products and advice from truly trained and competent staff!
