I asked for information on some drugs and they responded with superficiality and disinterest, truly a terrible service! I won't go back again!!

I can't give less than one star. Let me start by saying that I understand that the pandemic situation does not help and I can therefore try to understand them. I took a swab test for two days (I was in San Giovanni for work), they told me they would contact me to let me know the result, and to this day I still don't know anything. I have tried to contact them by phone a lot of times in these two days and they always put the phone down without ever answering. I can't travel 3 hours to go to a pharmacy where I spent 15 euros for a control swab which, to date, hasn't given me the result yet. They're terrible.
