I was there for an anti COVID swab that I had booked by phone. I found a lot of availability in choosing the day and time and a very kind and helpful service staff. The flaw is that it is located in an area far from the town center and, despite this, it is very busy and this leads to a possible long wait in line (it happened to me).

I've always had a good experience, a well-stocked pharmacy and the owner is always kind and helpful... But not last night, I'll start by saying that my doctor sends me the prescriptions via email with a time-reserved code and therefore I print them. I arrive at the pharmacy around 7pm and the person behind the counter with short hair and glasses to whom I present the white prescription... At first he mainly scrutinizes my doctor's signature, making me think that I could have printed it from the internet, I show it to her I cell phone the doctor's email with attachment, but she accuses me that I could print 10 and go to 10 different pharmacies by passing me off as the drug addict who is not happy and even tells me as I was leaving that she isn't going to jail because of me. If a doctor makes a mistake in writing the prescription for the type of drug it is not the fault of the patient who arrives at the pharmacy unaware of all this... but if he had explained the reason without suggesting that I was the culprit it would have been different Dr. Brugnatelli, teach some of your education to your collaborators, it won't hurt. I then went to the other pharmacy in Colturano and it was explained to me that the classic electronic prescription was better for the drug. I thank the person in this pharmacy for the kindness of his words

The pharmacy enjoys an excellent location, with ample parking also available for adjacent commercial activities. The staff is trained and always available. The pharmacy is bright and well-stocked, and offers services including self-diagnosis of the lipid profile. ECG and pressure Holter which are currently difficult to find in other contexts.
