Very bad experience. I turned to them for the home medicine service but it is practically impossible to get them. If you request them via WhatsApp (the only one available) after 2pm no one reads the messages. If you ask for them in the morning they won't read them. If you call on whatsapp no one answers. If you call the pharmacy no one answers. Terrible service, in fact, non-existent and above all frustrating.
Unlike other pharmacies, here you can always, or almost always, find what you are looking for, including medicines (which means not having to return twice for the same product)
what a disappointment... I have a chronic condition and have not been shown any form of empathy. It is the health system itself that is "sick". Despite everything, I don't wish for any of you to feel what I feel 24 hours a day. Lastly, I can inform you with full knowledge of the facts that you don't even know the subject of the law.
