the pharmacy looks like many others, however the staff should be better trained regarding payments, it is the staff's job to ask for the health card for any deduction on the tax receipt, it is not that a customer has to enter the pharmacy with the tax card in hand, in any case you have to ask before punching a receipt! given that we pay much more for over-the-counter drugs in Italy in other countries, if we have to make a gift to the State that was decided by both of us, not just by the trader who in any case loses nothing

I went into this pharmacy to purchase two drugs, very tax-expensive as regards one which, not having a prescription, was not sold to me, for the other however I was not asked in time for the health card with which I could have used the deduction the drug purchased, asking for the health card is your task before writing the receipt, in any case I must also have time to remove it from the bag, it is not my habit to enter a pharmacy with the health card in hand
