Very bad experience. On 08.06. 24 I turned to collect the drugs prescribed by the doctor online by paying the amount due and or ordered the vital drugs not present in the pharmacy. When I returned on 09.06. 24 the Albanian pharmacist told me that you are holding back my vital medicines because another prescription from yesterday was missing a code. The decision of an arrogant pharmacist is right and unprofessional and owner present at the discussion of withholding vital drugs due to their mistake...

Pharmacy open from Monday to Saturday from 7.30am to 7.30pm without lunch break + every Sunday from 8.30am to 12.30pm: a real luxury. Very kind pharmacists, very competent and helpful. I would also like to point out the great availability of pharmaceutical products for veterinary use. Exceptional!

I would like to express my compliments to all those who work in this pharmacy... for their professionalism, availability and kindness, not least the fact that they dedicate time to the customer to give always useful information and advice! The pharmacy is always very well looked after in every aspect, very equipped and equipped with everything and is always open providing an immeasurable service for the whole city and beyond! Ok service and wide availability of products. Let's say that the big cat on the socks and on the products is not exactly the best in this environment, I would avoid it..... In the photo it is on the floor but 1 second before it was on top of the piece of furniture you see on the right... Added photo with the cat on top.. Haha
