Just left this pharmacy!!! which until today has always seemed very professional to me, it's a shame that today I came across a really rude and indelicate sales assistant and I'll stop so as not to be too.....!!! I went to this pharmacy a few days ago to carry out a check-up test for bowel cancer, a sales assistant invited me to come at a certain time to have the test delivered. Either the order had the wrong time or I misunderstood, in short, they showed up at the wrong time for delivery. It can happen..... But it is unacceptable that a sales assistant should treat you like an incompetent due to an error like this! They didn't withdraw the exam because it was absolutely out of time and I underline rudely! I go to another pharmacy in Rivoli in Corso Susa where a very kind boy welcomes me and immediately collects my test without too many problems! Really disturbed by what happened, I returned to this pharmacy to inform them that the service can also have other implications "someone takes care of the delivery even at other times"! And I won't tell you how the shop assistant in question attacked me!!!!!! With words he even threw me out of the pharmacy and invited me to go out!!!! Now I wonder two things: 1 but this is the owner ?who takes the luxury of sending people away from the pharmacy? 2 but if in my situation an elderly person were to find himself in difficulty, what would he do? I also kept all this in mind in public and I felt myself laughing!! I hope all this is read by the pharmacy owner!!! I would add that all the rest of the staff were silent and aloof and did not take any kind of position, abstaining!!! I have been going to hospitals for some time now for health problems and other minor ones, and it has been a long time since I realized that there really are people with a vocation for this job but there are people who really should change jobs because in a pharmacy in contact with an audience that easily has health problems and may find itself emotionally sensitive, the staff should be more than delicate!!!!!!!!
It is not possible to order medicines by telephone as the pharmacy is full....this is the mono-tasking of the 70s....someone would have to be left at home😤😤😡😡😡
In addition to being a very large and well-stocked pharmacy, from the owner to all the staff they are all very courteous and available to resolve problems. Even though I live in Bussoleno, I turned to them to take swabs for foreign friends and they did everything they could to get them the green pass, which required specific interest on their part, because the kids didn't have an Italian tax code. This is called customer dedication and it's not for everyone.
Although it is an objectively large and apparently well-stocked pharmacy, they never have ANYTHING of what is prescribed by the various doctors. Any drug that is not over the counter, even if common, must always be ordered, and their prices are objectively higher than average. The Royal Pharmacy on Corso Susa is definitely better, super kind and really stocked.
I am truly disappointed to discover that in such a delicate moment it can happen that we overpay for the exact same product at a higher price than it really is. I purchased an All test Covid 19 AG selftest for €12.99. I purchased another one at the Royal Pharmacy in Corso Susa for €8.99. Your comments.
