I think the "lady" who wrote the previous post had the wrong pharmacy. Or it was not "tuned in" to the reality that this pharmacy and, consequently, the staff that represents it, are able to express. Friendliness, kindness, professionalism and preparation are the constants that, whenever I need them, I find in this pharmacy. All "seasoned" with extraordinary attention towards customers/patients. I personally witnessed the care that the doctors, and even the doctor, present provide to those in need. It is a real relief, for me as for many others, who are often guests of Bolzano for work reasons, to know that places with these characteristics exist. Try it, even just for advice. You will not regret it.

I wanted to thank the staff who every time, with advice and helpfulness, helps me resolve ailments.. today the doctor was really kind and I thank her from the bottom of my heart.. even though you are not close by, I always come to you... Congratulations!!

I had avoided entering this pharmacy for more than 2 years due to the rudeness of the staff but after this morning, more years will surely pass. The blonde lady was rude and grumpy, and not only with me but also with older people as noticed yesterday afternoon. There are other pharmacies nearby where the treatment is certainly different. To be avoided.
