Terrible! I go to this pharmacy with my Cervia municipality card where I should get a 10% discount on infant products. The fact is that they say "we don't have it anymore and the site isn't updated but we'll give them the discount anyway! So one thinks "well Neolatte 1 costs €13.50 everywhere with the discount it should cost me less" The absurd thing is that on the EXPOSED price list it said €12.30 but he charged me €15.29 and with the -10% discount €13.90! I pointed it out to them and they said that the price list displayed to the public also needed to be updated... which is illegal among other things but I didn't want to make a fuss. Shame

I came to this pharmacy in September and did a free skin test with an instrument. I received excellent advice from the pharmacists who carried out the analysis and also some freebies. Friendly and very professional staff.

Bad experience since they changed management they have gotten worse. I had purchased a prescription medicine that my doctor had prescribed to me (out of the fridge). I return hoping to return/exchange the product (new intact with the receipt), having the right of withdrawal they would be obliged with the receipt to return the drug. The "very kind" pharmacist at the checkout refused to make the withdrawal and was very rude. Rudeness, high prices, non-existent kindness and obviously I advise everyone against shopping in this pharmacy.
