If it weren't for the fact that people go to the pharmacy to solve health problems I would say that it is a pleasure to come here!!!! Very kind doctors, very knowledgeable, friendly, always ready to exchange a word of courtesy. The correct way to manage a customer and retain them. A pharmacy on a human scale where the customer is not just a "customer", a health card or a prescription but a person!!! Really congratulations, keep it up!!!!! P.S. For the lady who felt bad: are you sure it's this pharmacy????? Such a negative perception seems truly impossible to me.... Not even on the worst "bad" day have I ever encountered such an attitude from doctors!!!
It deserves top marks! I went for advice on my daughter's canker sore, the young pharmacist present was super kind and above all he explained the problem very well and how to overcome it. So in addition to courtesy, also a lot of professionalism and friendliness! Really very good!
