Not very flexible and not very prepared... It took 3 of us to understand the name of an eye drop (which was written on a computer so it wasn't the fault of bad handwriting) at the end. If you don't use antibiotic eye drops or chamomile eye drops they go in the balloon...
● NOT RECOMMENDED ● Went here this morning 02/04/2022 to take a swab. the pharmacist lady (a blonde lady with a southern accent named Claudia) is extremely rude and rude to the customers in the queue. He uses pedantic and unprofessional manners and tones and without any respect for the people waiting in front of him. Having collected the report, I pointed out to the pharmacist lady that the manner used towards me and towards the people waiting was not very nice and the response I was given (exact words) "It's that it doesn't change her day." And I tell her that she should be interested instead I am shocked and sorry for those who do this job in the best possible way, using professionalism, respect and education I do not recommend this pharmacy only for the rude treatment received. Not to mention the endless wait and the bad organization I would like to recommend the Bravi Pharmacy. Polite, kind and super organised I WON'T BE BACK AGAIN
Closing time 7pm, I go at 7.02pm and I apologize for the time, they remind me in unkind tones that they close at 7pm... they serve me very annoyed and they don't even ask me for my health card to download the medicine. We often go to the pharmacy out of necessity or urgency, if I go around closing time it's because there is a need and nothing else.
Pharmacy run by trained and courteous people. Medicines always available without waiting. Highly recommended.
