Rude and rude, they were on duty and closed the door in my husband's face as he was looking for a pacifier for the baby. We have Explained that he doesn't sleep without it, even willing to pay for the inconvenience. Nothing, they closed the door in my face anyway. Shameful

ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL! I have a one month old baby and I am in Asiago on holiday. Unfortunately, exclusively breastfeeding, last night at 10.30pm the little one was still hungry and had been crying non-stop for 2 hours. I sent my partner to get powdered milk at this pharmacy on duty and THE INCOMPETENT AND RUDE person who was on duty says he wants to know EXACTLY which one we wanted. Since it was the first time they had used it, my partner only asked for 2 brands which unfortunately he didn't have and the incompetent person on duty always told him that they didn't have those two, closed the door in his face and no longer answered the intercom! I had to go down and ONLY after telling him that I would call the police did he give me powdered milk! SHAMEFUL treated like animals! SHUT UP IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR JOB!!!

Pure rudeness.....I don't waste any more words and time to describe this activity!! I simply advise everyone to contact other pharmacies in the country who will certainly treat you with respect and education!

The doctor who served me was a very rude person even though I understand that to measure blood pressure you need to wear more appropriate masks but he was really rude and grumpy I had gone to get lost many times now I don't go there anymore... Truly Rude with a Capital M Failed, I strongly advise you against going there, 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Learning education is not that difficult!!!

Extremely rude!! It seemed like we were bothering him about buying from his pharmacy!! I am speechless. I strongly advise you against buying here. These people must learn courtesy in dealing with the public.
