Honestly, I'm a bit perplexed: I did the glycated hemoglobin and blood sugar tests because I wanted to do a check. First I was told that the profile of both values would appear with the same capillary blood sample, then instead my blood sugar was measured using a glucometer (I mean: if I have to use a test strip and a glucometer, I use the one I own grandfather, I don't go to the pharmacy where they should have a more professional and precise instrument) and the glicata with another sample and another instrument. When paying I was told that in any case the most reliable blood sugar value was the third that appeared on the printout given to me (eAG value), so I ask myself: the measurement with the glucometer (at an additional cost of €3) why was it done to me if I don't have to take it into account? Furthermore, going to check later, the eAG value is the estimated average blood sugar level and not the blood sugar level at the time of sampling. I'm sorry, but so much approximation, I certainly won't come back to check here.
Terrible experience with the swab service. The swab is not carried out on site but 200m away in a gazebo. Once carried out, we are asked if we wanted the result on paper, we answer yes and are told to wait 10 minutes. Once we have waited we are told the result and we are told to go and collect the paper at the pharmacy... Once we arrive at the pharmacy they tell us that we have to wait another 30 minutes to get the printout... After 1 year of swabbing everywhere, such a disorganization is unacceptable. Ps. The nurse who takes swabs seemed to have an artesian well drill in her hand....
Terrible customer care. I bought a lipstick that should have been 50% off. At the checkout the price was different and they told me that that wasn't the discounted brand... and then removed the name. I bought the product anyway... which once opened turned out to be a "tester" whose sale is prohibited. Bad style fall.
