Reviews during the Covid period: I went this morning to the Ciacco pharmacy in Via Panebianco, and it was the first and last time! I understand that pharmacists are taking advantage of the moment to invoice thanks to swabs, but at least customers who go to the pharmacy to buy medicines should be protected!!! In this pharmacy, inside the same premises where the sale takes place, they do swabs (indoors!)!!! The pharmacy is already very small in itself, I think the smallest in the city, and despite this they do swabs inside the premises by having those who do the swab sit on a chair among the other customers. If you cannot protect customers by taking swabs in an external gazebo (as in all pharmacies), have the professionalism and correctness to stop this risky mess, and stop the swab service inside the pharmacy (indoors within 20 meters paintings!) Update: just today 10/02/2022 in Calabria the NAS and the police intervened assisted by the Ministry of Health, closing and sanctioning the pharmacies that carried out swabs inside the premises where medicines were sold, in the province of Rc, I hope so take action soon in Cosenza too

Rude staff. I phone for information on the value of COVID swabs and I am told in an annoyed and rude tone that "this is information that you need to know, what do we know?". They almost sent me to hell, by the sounds of it. And the phone slammed in your face. And thank goodness you work with these things. Zero professionalism and courtesy
