I called on Sunday evening when the pharmacy was on duty, it was 7.30pm and I needed a medicine urgently for a 5 year old child, saying that it was time to get to Polistena, I arrived in front of the pharmacy at 7.45pm and it was already closed, when the closing time was 8.00 pm, I tried repeatedly to call but no one answered, however we admitted the child to the hospital, also thanks to you who didn't wait for me for the medicine, terrible staff and no human...better not to be doctors if that's what you want to be called 🤮

I would like to make a report to the doctor regarding his staff, in particular the blonde lady in her 50s who works at the pharmacy, and today another episode occurred on the phone (I don't know if the lady was the same as last time, but she was a woman). I have been denied services several times, with the excuse that they were closing, even this last time 42 minutes before closing. The lady in question is not the first time that she presents herself in an irritating and arrogant manner (other unfortunate episodes have also occurred with other members of my family) so I hope that this warning will be useful to the owner since unfortunately he is the one who loses customers due to the lack of professionalism of its employees. Obviously this never happens when the doctor is present on site.
