I went today for a medical examination and I felt prejudiced and I felt uncomfortable with how they behaved, zero professionalism.

Dangerous! They gave the prescription registered to me and my booked product to another person. When I arrived for the agreed collection the next day, they no longer had either my prescription or the preparation which had to be made following percentages of specific and dangerous ingredients except in small doses. Not happy, in a panic, they tried to give me a product with the recipe registered to another person, corrected with a black marker! stating that “it should be more or less similar”. Totally oblivious to the dangers of a particular product delivered to the other person which I hope did not have serious consequences, and with the nerve of having tried to cheat me by trying to deliver me a counterfeit recipe.

Very negative review. I discovered after a month that they had given me a different medicine than the one prescribed. Very serious mistake, particularly because it was a sedative drug which forced me to reduce the dosage gradually to avoid becoming dependent. I went to report it, the owner didn't bother to investigate the incident at all and the pharmacist who had served me left saying she didn't remember anything. Taking into account that the drug requires a prescription and that this is a reporting error, they were extremely rude and very unprofessional. I strongly advise against it.

Renovated and much brighter pharmacy. Renowned above all for homeopathy and galenic preparations
