Embarrassing pharmacy, even though it was on night shift, we were told we could only enter for "urgent" matters because it was closing. When the problem was announced, we were let in with an annoyed look and hastily offered me the medicines to take. Having purchased the product, he asks us for an additional 10 euros for the night. 25 euros for a single drug, truly a scam, all without even a receipt. Better to feel bad than go to this pharmacy... shameful.
Pharmacy with competent and very kind staff. Also very well supplied with medicines needed at the moment. Very good!
Maybe we don't like going to the pharmacy when we're on holiday because we think about medicines, but from Doctor Cipolla we can buy delicacies for celiacs and diabetics, supplements and cosmetics. You will always be advised with great competence and extreme kindness by the doctor and his staff.
I have been to this pharmacy a couple of times but what happened to me today was shocking to me. I would never have expected this given that on other occasions I have found the staff to be kind and who advise you on the confidentiality of every need you have. Today I had to face an unpleasant situation given that due to a personal problem I went to the pharmacy that I thought was most suitable and I found myself with the doctor's daughter who was unable to advise me on medicines. So far so good but the real nightmare was the doctor addressing his daughter in a vulgar way to advise me on medicines and being a bit vulgar in speaking without a minimum of confidentiality who anyway had another customer in front of him and also other people in line making me feel embarrassed. I don't think I will return given the lack of courtesy and kindness they have for their customers.
The manager is arrogant and rude...the employees are unprepared in this matter. They sell products with high prices compared to their actual cost. I paid 19.50 for a pack of Valeriana dispert. A ROBBERY! the one with 60 tablets costs around 6 euros. When I pointed it out before paying, they told me it cost more because it had 100 tablets. In reality, I checked the one with 100 costs around 11 euros. They certainly don't see me in there anymore. I had already tolerated the manager's rudeness once, now that's enough
