Extremely rude staff who made me feel very uncomfortable in their store. I don’t speak Italian and was looking for help and was met with rudeness and judgement. That experience will stay with me as the rudest I’ve ever had in a store - anywhere in the world. There was no prices on the actual products so it was very confusing trying to find a reasonably priced essential item. Ended up paying €25 for a conditioner because the woman made me feel like I was an annoyance for simply asking for the price. Within half an hour tried to return the item with the receipt and the plastic seal still on the bottle to show it hadn’t been opened and was shouted at and told ‘NO.’ This is a really common thing to do in the UK so assumed it would be okay or that they may be able to offer me an exchange even. I was then yelled at and left straight away as I felt so uncomfortable. My advice is don’t visit if you’re a tourist as you may feel as unwelcome as I did.

In spite of the great ambient, Unfortunately the owner of the pharmacy had not any kind of social behaviour and kindness!He needs to be treated by psychologist! I went there as a pharmacist for interview and i conviced at the first minute of talk with him!! It was terrible! dear owner! there was no hostility and no one can validate or justice your comments here till they would tackle with this type of behaviour! furthermore you negatively published that i had not any experience! its really easy for everyone just to reachout the Linkedin! so please try not to ruine and patronize anyone with your own comment and especially your behaviour as you did in our last meeting.
