Let me start by saying that I had made sure on the internet that the pharmacy did swabs. I went to the pharmacy today to take a swab for my 3 year old daughter. It was an emergency, I had to take her to the emergency room and I needed the swab. The pharmacist on duty (a young woman with long blonde hair) told me she couldn't because I had to book. I explained to her that it was an emergency, that we would have an appointment with the doctor soon and I didn't have time to find one who would do it. I asked her 3 times and 3 times she replied that it wasn't possible because I had to book. By the way, the pharmacy was empty, there were no customers either before or after us. And there were 2 pharmacists. I have to give one star, otherwise they won't let me comment. But you're worth 0
The owner of the pharmacy goes down hard with the swabs pushing up to the brain "this way it hurts more and they learn not to get vaccinated"... the vaccine is not compulsory (for now) and this is petty behavior to say the least given that the swab is not free...
In this pharmacy the staff is very helpful and kind. The antigen swab service is excellent, super delicate!
Now a regular customer since opening! Nice and helpful pharmacists!
