Leaving aside the fact that they almost never have the requested drugs available, what is striking about this pharmacy is certainly the rudeness of the staff. Ways that should absolutely be reviewed and modified, I have given them chances over and over again, given the proximity to my home, but enough is enough. Luckily we have a wide choice of pharmacies where I have always felt comfortable, customers need to know how to be treated and cared for, which is something they don't know how to do in this pharmacy.
I cannot help but agree with what was stated in the 2 previous posts. Rude and unsympathetic staff who are guilty of presumption and have no manners in treating people Stay away
...thank goodness that in Capoterra there are many other pharmacies to turn to...
Spacious clean environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Unfortunately, my review of this pharmacy is not positive since the owner is absent. Twice I found an unsympathetic young pharmacist with a simpering way of speaking to you. I recommend doing a check-up also because the relationship with customers is very important for luckily there is no shortage of choice in the town (I agree with the other review written below about the giggle, now I don't know if it's the same pharmacist, the fact is that it happened to me too).
