An activity of THIEVES! A month ago I placed an online order that never arrived. I have sent countless emails to both info@farmateca.it and colangelo.fatture@libero.it and have never received a reply; I called them on the number on the site which appears to be non-existent. How serious! I'm surprised that dear Dr. Colangelo hasn't closed his business for fraud yet! I will report it to the postal police (since they are evidently dedicated to scamming on the online site) and I have already reported it to Federconsumatori and Altroconsumo. I sincerely hope they are able to do something not so much about my 63 euros currently spent uselessly but because such people must be prevented from cheating with impunity!
Terrible experience. The item purchased online never arrived. The site's telephone number does not exist, all messages sent for information have not been answered. I even called the local pharmacy but the people I spoke to didn't know anything. I tried to call back but now they don't even answer!!! I think I was scammed!! ATTENTION!!! (I had to force the star otherwise I wouldn't have been able to publish)
The owner Dr. Gianluca Colangelo is an excellent professional and his collaborators offer themselves with maximum availability, collaborating with the needs of their customers.
Luckily there are better pharmacies in the country
Very well stocked pharmacy with interesting discounts.
