I purchased three doctor-prescribed products, believing they were all supplements. Instead, once I returned home I noticed that one of these was a medicine and, unfortunately, the pharmacist did not ask me for the tax code to deduct the expense from the annual 730 declaration. I understand that it is in the customer's interest to hand over the tax code, from for his part, the pharmacist, as a form of courtesy, should represent the circumstance, as usually happens in other pharmacies.

I am a loyal customer of this pharmacy, I also live nearby, the staff I must say are helpful and kind. But what I would say is shameful is asking for a deposit or even paying first for a medicine that they don't have and that they have to order... this is not fault of the employee but of the management.. I'll have to change pharmacy... it's a humiliating request for the customer and it certainly doesn't damage a pharmacy's income..

Always available and kind. The notification via SMS when a medicine arrives to be collected is very convenient. It's lucky to have them close to home.
