Excellent pharmacy, they sell everything you need, the service is friendly and fast, I recommend it, they also have a vending machine outside, the only negative thing is that I didn't see a scale inside the place like in all pharmacies, anyway , it's a detail.

Lack of education of empathy and customer orientation. I came across a rude, ill-mannered 65-year-old collaborator who was truly unsuitable for the public. I am convinced and hope that the rest of the staff has a better customer orientation. Simply asking for a painkiller she refused to sell it to me and wanted at all costs to sell me the same product to dissolve in the mouth but with half the dosage. I reassured the operator that I normally use the product I asked for and that all the pharmacies sell it to me. Asking for an alternative, the elderly operator dismissed me with a "do you need anything else?". Non-existent empathy towards a client in severe pain. Reading other reviews I understand that customers often encounter this attitude. The same things can be said with empathy and kindness by seeking a solution together with the customer who goes to the pharmacy because he is unwell.
