I have been spending a fortune at this pharmacy every year for over 6 years now. My husband has some problems so he finds it difficult to help with some things, I and my little son are at home with super flu, I ask for home service scheduled for the afternoon. I try to call because there is a person who could collect the medicines and I ask if it is possible to let them pass or not (I ASK) and I am insulted over the phone. I have used this service twice and have always politely asked whether or not it is possible when calling. Education and respect for customers gone. Don't propose it if you have to say it costs you.
