Farmacia Comunale 1

I go into the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist "should I collect a medicine", she replies "collect a suspended medicine or collect a medicine?" In a pedantic and rude tone, adding that I should know the difference. I reply “I have the prescription and I should pick it up”. He takes my prescription as if I didn't know how to speak Italian and goes to get me the medicine, when he comes back he makes inappropriate jokes and tries to have inappropriate and rude contact with the public. I found this woman in another pharmacy, number 2, last year and I felt the same way. They probably make the pharmacists go around to see where the public complains the least. I'm sorry but when I see you in the pharmacy I will change where to buy, it should be a quick and delicate moment as we are collecting medicines for personal use. You shouldn't leave stressed and disrespected.

Rude and arrogant staff. They even make mistakes in reading the hospital discharge papers. No discretion, prescriptions shouted from room to room.

I go with the prescription for the generic medicine and the pharmacist gets confused and gives me Tavor instead of Minias (I had doubts once I left the pharmacy and checked on Google) because ...."the active ingredient of these generics all end with "ZEPAM" and therefore you can get confused!!!!????????????????????????????????? ??????? From complaint!

Great service...polite staff

Bad experience 😥 disqualified staff. That's what I call the sales assistant because she's a seller. She sells medicine for pleasure, she doesn't care about the pain and money spent by poor people. Shame 😤😤😤😤😤😤
