I was left without a vital drug, it was Sunday, I didn't have a prescription, I brought the emergency room prescriptions and they gave it to me without problems....but generally they are always nice and thorough with requests....Congratulations 👋

I went to this pharmacy this afternoon and they didn't want to give me a medicine because the prescription was in the photo sent urgently by my doctor in the afternoon (today is a holiday), after my insistence they told me that they didn't have the medicine at home, I do not believe. I went to another pharmacy and they provided it without giving any explanation. Given the numerous negative reviews, I don't understand how they manage to stay open

I give two stars, not one because maybe this could be improved. Pharmacists are not only very slow but also have a hard time greeting you or recommending anything to you. They always seem annoyed. I understand that maybe there are internal things that we, customers, don't know but it's definitely not my fault. I went 4 times and all 4 times same things. I will never go there again.

Good evening, I would like to point out that we are talking about veterinary medicines with no potential for abuse. On 11/22 I came to buy terazosin which you didn't have in stock but had to order. On 11/23 I came to collect the terazosin order which you had made incorrectly and I had to return on 11/24. (You had ordered a non-divisible medicine, contrary to what was written on the prescription). On 11/24 there was a queue of at least 30 people and only one service person at the counter and it took me an hour. On 06/12 I came to order BAYTRIL and MELOXORAL, which you don't have in stock. I ordered them pointing out that we would come to pick them up after 10/12. 11 and 12 were closed. Having other commitments besides trying to buy drugs from you, we managed to get through, on 12/15 in the morning we came to collect the order placed on 12/06 and we were told that the prescription had expired and that we would have to resubmit recipe. Surely you could have said this when ordering and not picking up as it was clearly said it would be more than 5 days. (Of which you were closed during at least 3 of the 5) I returned 15/12 evening with the prescriptions, unfortunately the vet had made a mistake and marked the MELOXORAL twice. However, having the prescriptions dated 5/12, presented on 6/12, and you having redone the order twice, a little flexibility would have avoided a delay in the administration of the therapy, basically due to an error which was not ours given that you did not indicate to us at the moment of the order the impossibility of delivering the order itself. Given that neither we, nor our family nor relatives nor acquaintances will use your pharmacy any longer, I invite you in any case to review the customer service training of your employees who, instead of offering solutions to recover errors, respond to the customer in a unpleasant, holding their cell phone in and looking at the calendar claiming they never took the order because they weren't at work that day. (??). So is the pharmacy individual to everyone who works there or "municipal"? Similarly, the other time the doctor blamed a colleague for having ordered the non-divisible medicine (instead of perhaps apologizing and placing an urgent order). Instead of blaming each other, I advise you to review the preparation of your staff from a customer service point of view and to serve customers as if you were a team. Greetings
