2024 and ANY pediatrician prescribes nasal washes to children especially newborns to treat colds. But in this pharmacy the saline solution is only for those who have to get infusions. The supplier never delivers them to him and they have limited them "for much more serious problems". In other municipal pharmacies in other cities, suppliers never have problems delivering the physiological solution. Will this pharmacy adopt other suppliers? Or maybe they will have to teach pediatricians alternative methods??? SHAMEFUL

I go in, wait my turn, get the cash, greet the sales assistant cordially three times with a smile and looking at her face, but nothing; ZERO response to my greeting. I ask for the medicine, he doesn't ask you for your health card or tell you how much you have to pay. He was just waiting for me to put the card (which I had in my hand) on the POS without even telling me the amount to pay which I still had to ask (I'll start by saying that the prices are higher than all the other pharmacies in Pontassieve but alas I was in a hurry and had to fall back to my detriment on this pharmacy but it will be the last time). I pay, she TELLS ME THAT I CAN GO, and I ask her if she had put the receipt in the bag... zero, she didn't even give me the receipt without me asking. I had to wait for him to print it to give it to me... Leave room for those who want to work and those who are competent!!! Terrible! I have to give 1 star otherwise I would give 0!!!

Generally I don't give negative reviews, I'm someone who has been in the public eye for many years but I can't not do it this time! We often go to the pharmacy with some (little problem) and a smile, a polite voice reassures us, today I clashed with a rude, grumpy pharmacist, with an immediately aggressive voice, I took some things ordered for my father, I wanted to buy other things but there were no I did it and I actually told him!! Very rude!!! I won't set foot there again, so I went to the other pharmacy... 2 steps away and the lady was very delicate!!! These people don't deserve their jobs!!!!

The doctor, if we want to call her that, because she has nothing of medical professionalism, is extremely rude. There was a queue at the pharmacy, with a sign of maximum 5 people inside, obviously I'm waiting for it to empty, it was me and two doctors. I went in to ask for a mask because I didn't have one, I was attacked, she was shouting like a crazy person, she had lost her mind, she almost raised her hands at me. It's not right to shout at people like that, what a bad impression... unfortunately it's municipal, maybe I'll even send a certified email to the mayor, because it's not acceptable in 2021 to work with such rudeness... what a bad experience...
