The Farmacia Comunale 1 of Empoli is a gem in the heart of the city. It is undoubtedly one of the best pharmacies available, with friendly staff attentive to customer needs. The vast selection of over-the-counter products makes shopping an easy experience, offering a full range of options. The attention to courtesy is a real strong point, which gives this pharmacy a welcoming environment. A great place to get support for your health and wellbeing.
Recently opened, it has truly competent and helpful staff
Avoid! I ordered a post-op mouthwash by phone yesterday, this morning I went to collect it and discovered that the order had not even been placed because the product was not distributed at this pharmacy. Truly shocking service, given that the pharmacist who served me could have at least looked for a similar product or retrieved the product from other pharmacies and apologized for the inconvenience while she limited herself to making some excuse. Strongly not recommended, go to other pharmacies as there is certainly no shortage of choice in Empoli!
