With a doctor's prescription (which I update when it expires) for drugs that I have been using for about 5 years in the same pharmacy, he found fault with it that it wasn't good just because he couldn't find a drug in the drawer. Drug then found by a doctor at my request. What can I say, when you are of retirement age and lack the desire, why work necessarily to the detriment of the shop and the customers?

After months of taking swabs in all the pharmacies in the area, I absolutely advise against using this one. Despite my warnings that I had a lesion in one nostril, the employee insisted for a long time on both, getting to the bottom of it and leaving me with persistent pain. Replace it, thanks.

Unfortunately, the pharmacist who served me had a careless attitude, so much so that for a fungus on my son's back he prescribed me a cortisone and antibiotic ointment, instead of a fungal one recommended by the dermatologist who I then consulted without seeing any results... Bad experience, but above all unclassifiable customer service; not so much because of their expertise, which means that since they are not doctors, pharmacists cannot ask who knows what therapies, but because of their lack of interest in giving comfort to someone who doesn't know which way to turn.... Disappointed and angry

If it had been possible, not even a star. I went yesterday on 1401/22 around closing time to buy a product, an emollient cream. I accidentally bought a shower cream. When I return they were closed so I return today and the pharmacist tells me he doesn't do returns. , he refused even though the product was totally intact and accompanied by a receipt, I also offered him to pay the difference, he didn't want to know. I won't give him another euro. Shame on you

Excellent service! If doctors are sometimes unavailable because they are stressed, I have noticed myself, the cause is certain customers who are incapable of standing in line, of waiting their turn... in short, the usual uncivilized (Italian!) people.
