It has become my favorite pharmacy. Friendly staff prepared and available for all requests. A safe haven for me who often needs it.

I asked the pharmacist for a non-addictive nasal spray. Specifying precisely "that it does not create addiction", given that it is well known that viks sinex causes it. After 2 weeks I discovered that it was only to be used for 4 days and that it contains one of the most addictive active ingredients, generating a "rebound" effect. This is because it is the spray itself that irritates the mucous membranes and generates medicinal rhinitis. These are things that I discovered by reading scientific research, things that the pharmacist should have known since it is his job! Of course, I should have read the information leaflet, but I naively trusted the pharmacist.
