I'm sorry, I went to this pharmacy sent by my good doctor three times today for the third time my husband had to go but unfortunately he was served by a pharmacist who works there but she didn't behave well saying things that next time she wanted the prescription filled directly from the doctor and not via WhatsApp, perhaps she didn't know that my doctor had spoken to the pharmacy doctor and that we agreed that for quite some time he had to give me the medicine because I wasn't able to go to my doctor for big health problems for my son who is in the hospital in Bergamo so I didn't like it at all like the lady or young lady what she said to my husband I'm sorry it will mean that he will lose a customer because I don't go anymore because it takes a a little kindness and don't talk when they don't know things

We had the swabs done in this pharmacy which I highly recommend. I sincerely thank Dr. Maccali for his kindness and helpfulness, especially with my child. He is a special person who is rarely around.
