Ridiculous treatment. I go in to ask for a medicine (without a prescription) and at my request the pharmacist looks up at the sky and begins a pantomime to show dissent as if we were at the Tognazzi theater opposite. Then her colleague who was serving another customer takes over and there's lots of laughter and shouting. "But who recommended this drug to him? The neighbor in the vineyard?" "Hahaaha" Rich laughter and professionalism, also respecting my privacy. After giving me the fourth degree to find out who had recommended the drug in question (we're talking about pantoprazole), at my signs of agitation, the two finally put aside their giggles. I was FINALLY explained why this drug was not suitable for my needs and I was offered an alternative. I purchase, say thank you and leave. Truly shameful behavior, I just hope that one day there will be a person without the same patience as me. Zero professionalism, zero empathy, zero privacy. All qualities of a good pharmacist. I wish you a lot of joy and fun at work, see you soon.

The best, competent and friendly pharmacists. In addition to the medicines I buy the nuxe line from them, when something new arrives they are very kind in giving samples to try and it doesn't always happen. Absolutely fabulous
